What We Collect
Zeus Black collects the following personal information required to deliver and operate the system: full name, company name, email address, phone number, job title, construction project data, payment certificate records, site progress information, milestone completion data, and the names and roles of authorised system users (owner, site foreman, office manager).
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly for: (a) operating and maintaining the system, (b) communicating with you as a client, and (c) improving the performance and quality of the platform.
No Selling of Data
Zeus Black does not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties under any circumstances.
Storage & Security
Data is stored securely using industry-standard protections including encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to Marcello@zeusblack.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as required to provide the service or as required by South African law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted.
Third-Party Services
Where Zeus Black uses trusted third-party infrastructure to operate the system, those providers are bound by equivalent security and confidentiality obligations.

Zeus Black operates in alignment with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We process personal information lawfully, transparently and only for the purposes stated above. Updates to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
Complaints
